Return Policy

Barbecue Grills Direct.com is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service.

Bear in mind all of the products that Barbecue Grills Direct.com offers contain the manufacturer warranty, to give you peace of mind that you are buying first quality products.  As noted below, we handle returns within 15 days of the original purchase invoice date and request of an R.A.#.  Thereafter, all applicable exchange and return responsibility is turned over to the manufacturer. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.  You will want to become familiar with these warranties.

  • Make sure to have your Order # available when you call Barbecue Grills Direct.com.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number.  You must get RA # prior to making a return within 15 business days of receipt of items.
  • If you decide to cancel any part of, or an entire order, you will be responsible to pay the original freight charge, the return freight charge, and a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25%.  On occasion, the original freight charge is not the freight charge that appears on your invoice.  The actual freight that is paid to have an order delivered is normally much more than the amount listed on your invoice due to shipping promotions.
  • On order cancellations, contact Barbecue Grills Direct.com Customer Service by telephone as soon as possible. 
  • If material has already been shipped and is in transit, you must make arrangements to return it. Barbecue Grills Direct.com is not financially responsible for cancellations of orders that have already shipped.
  • You are responsible for supplying product samples and photographs for allegedly damaged items.  If product does have visible defects, please contact Barbecue Grills Direct.com immediately and return shipping charges will be refunded.
  • Material to be returned must be brought to a designated freight terminal after an RA # has been issued from Barbecue Grills Direct.com.
  • If your order was shipped on a skid or pallet, the product must be returned on the skid it was shipped on and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • You must enclose the original packing list with the return.
  • Any refused shipment without consent of Barbecue Grills Direct.com or Barbecue Grills Direct.com's authorization will be subject to all the costs associated with a return.
  • Barbecue Grills Direct.com is not responsible for any costs associated with repairing or replacing product that was assembled with evident defects.  Products not assembled properly will not be considered defective.
  • If a product is defective please call Barbecue Grills Direct.com immediately for assistance.
  • Barbecue Grills Direct.com is not responsible for return shipments damaged in return transit.  Once returned material is received, examined, inspected, and restocked, a credit or refund will be issued.  This process can take up to 4-6 weeks from the time the returned item is received.
