All returns require a Return Authorization Number. You must get RA # prior to making a return within 15 business days of receipt of items.

If your order was shipped on a skid or pallet, the product must be returned on the skid it was shipped on and in the same condition in which it was received.
You must enclose the original packing list with the return.
Any refused shipment without consent of Barbecue Grills Direct.com or Barbecue Grills Direct.com's authorization will be subject to all the costs associated with a return.
Barbecue Grills Direct.com is not responsible for any costs associated with repairing or replacing product that was assembled with evident defects. Products not assembled properly will not be considered defective.
